Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to your original payment method only (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet) within 5–7 business days of approval. Eligibility: • Incorrect or damaged product — send us a video within 4 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of cost (see Replacement Policy). • Order cancelled before dispatch — full refund. • Order refused at delivery (prepaid) — refund after we receive the returned package, minus return shipping. Cash-on-Delivery orders are not eligible for refunds (no payment was collected).
